ABOUT GISELLE .

Giselle Ambrose-Fleck is a Los Angeles–based fashion designer known for creating thoughtful, modern womenswear rooted in craftsmanship, versatility, and edge. Promoted three times since interning, she currently holds the title of Designer at Michael Stars, where she leads creative development across knits, wovens, and special fabrications. Her work is known for merging precision with personality — versatile silhouettes that flatter the body while pushing the boundaries of contemporary womenswear.

Giselle earned her degree in Fashion Design from FIDM and has trained at Parsons and The New York Times School of Design. Her background spans styling, trend research, and technical design, but her strength lies in bringing a point of view to life — whether for a commercial line or an independent drop.

In 2024, she launched her own label Spilled, a raw yet elevated brand rooted in adaptability, individuality, and sustainability. Focused on Japanese deadstock denim and pigment-treated finishes, Spilled reflects her passion for designing in chaos — creating pieces meant to evolve with the wearer, not define them.
